In the current music industry filled with lyrics meaning next to nothing, or barley skimming the top of the pool that is human emotion, Paper Mache is definitely defying the odds. Filled with meaning, truth, emotion, and true raw music, Easier to Lose will have you feeling as though youve got a hold of front man, Seth Woodwards journal, as you dive into the reality of success, failure, triumph, and pain.
Easier to Lose is Paper Maches first full length release, making its debut in early 2008. Despite the fact that Paper Mache is relatively new to the indie music scene, the album feels like its taken years to gain such evolutionary musical and lyrical success. With an acoustic sound reminiscent of those seen in Bright Eyes, Brand New, and The Good Life, Easier to Lose will be stuck not only in your head, but on repeat for months to come.
