RecommendSinger songwriter's are a dime a dozen. Every now and then one slips through the cracks of mainstream success and stays buried in underground. I guess that's what makes me so open minded about artists like Lafe. Unfortunately for both Lafe and myself he is not the next Jack Johnson, or Bob Dylan. While the guitar work remains simple, rhythmic and folky in ways I can appreciate the vocals leave me searching for a frisbee golf target. I am passing on Lafe, his sound is too dull.
