WOW! What an amazing, electrifying, out of this world, ass kicking album. I could not find a single thing wrong with this album. It started the MSI "above ground" craze and basically gave birth to the electro/power punk/techno/hip-hop/whatever else you can throw in there/ genre. None have been able to duplicate the sound and very few have been able to achieve a perfect album. Mindless Self Indulgence nails every single track on Frankenstein Girls to a T. And the thing that gives me chills as I listen to "Masturbates" is that no 2 tracks have the same guitar, drums, beats, or even bass. Everything is completely original and just insanely wacky. The only album I have ever heard where I can identify any song during any point of it within 1.5 seconds. I have an iPod. You know what is in my top 25 most played? This WHOLE album. Every single song almost has its own personality and takes hold of the reigns. And we must all obey. The band THRIVES on self deprivation and telling you about what they are willing to do for you to listen to them. And they also dish out the insults, quite well. And it is awesome! Loved this album not only for its originality, but for its ability to break the genre barrier and to completely redefine what makes a band, and an album, glorious. No matter what music you listen to, no matter how stubborn you are, no matter what you have heard about MSI, you must pick up this album.
