I told you, Digital, Canadian Hip Hop. Sounds weird but damn it's good. Try Cadence Weapon and early Swollen Members for great northern hip hop.

Accoustic drumless Bluegrass, folk stories about digging holes, drowning, gold, outlaws and hard lives in the good old bad old days.
This is what Johnny Cash and Richmond Fontaine doing hiphop would surely have sounded like. beautifully crafted.
There is no denying Buck approached this from a hiphop ideal but the result owes little to the genre. This is more story-telling than rapping over some truly beautiful guitar tracks. simplistically brilliant
