- The House – Razorlight (Slipway Fires)
- Hidden Shame – Elvis Costello (Secret, Profane and Sugarcane)
- Dog Days Are Over – Florence And The Machine (Lungs)
- Fire – Kasabian (West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum)
- Don’t Upset The Rhythm – Noisettes (Wild Young Hearts)
- For What It’s Worth – Placebo (Battle For The Sun)

As a native of the motherland, can I just say; spot on! :) thanks guys
No problem, any other UK bands us Westerners should be aware of?
lmao@archelon…Good cast D!
Thanks. I like taking on an area that I haven’t heard much recent music and updating myself. Next stop, Poland!
If you’re liking Florence/Noisettes (awesome live btw) I’d recommend La Roux, and have a list to the new Art Brut stuff, it’s pretty awesome. User reviews up soon ;)
Hey guys,
I’m from Cambridge, England.
I shall recommend some interesting, reasonably undergroudn british bands around at the moment:
Broken Records http://www.myspace.com/brokenrecordsedinburgh
Derwyddon Dr Gonzo

Slow Club

Fanfarlo

The Temper Trap (Australian, based in London) http://www.myspace.com/thetempertrap
Anyway yeah they’re a nice selection.
