Its nice as it is to hear Pearl Jam back, this video is just plain freaking me out…its weird, and I don’t know what else to say
Eh. Song is marginal at best. Will just fall to the back of the pack. Video just seems like it was trying to do something but didn’t come close to pulling off it’s attempt. Giving it a 6 would be a stretch. People, quit being blinded by crap music just because of has been band names.
This is the last site to come to for people who stand behind names. Fact is, Gearl Jam as I’ve referred to them over the last ten years has fallen off, and as far as I’m concerned, Pearl Jam, Mookie Blaylock or Joe Schmoe sitting on a Monkeys Tree, regardless of the artist name, this song has a nice fluidity to it. Yes, its very radio rock, so to call it marginal in some opinions is probably fair. I’m just excited that Pearl Jam is making records they are seemingly excited about themselves for the first time in a LONG TIME.
True…this song is just undeniably catchy! Haven’t seen then video yet and it’s blocked at work so I’ll have to wait til I get home to watch it!. It’s nice to see an artist that has been around for 18 years still able to put out something that is even worth listeneing to. It is quite upbeat but I’m sure it will just stick to the few rock stations we have left and not cross over to any pop. Even though they no longer have a record label, I wouldn’t really consider them indie but the song is still cool!
