Without doubt, the festival scene is alive and well. As you probably are well aware by now, Coachella actually scheduled the exact same line up for 2 weekends this year, and still sold both events out in record time. Not only are there large fests though, there are several dozen smaller fests. Since 1998, The Cypress Hill Smoke Out Fest in San Bernardino has been growing. This year, once again, has a great line-up planned Saturday March 3rd:
