One of indie music’s current favorite artists are Los Angeles’ Foster The People. Ever since exploding onto everyone’s radar  in the past 2 years, they are about as mainstream as it gets. Just finishing up with their appearance at Bonnaroo, they continue their current tour of hitting the roads of North America. The opening support has been provided by Kimbra and The Kooks. We recently caught their Dallas show, and will be posting the review soon. Find tour dates and learn more here.

Here are a few videos just released of the band. The first is a behind the scenes of the making of their most recent music video, “Houdini”. Also included is the performance of “Don’t Stop”, from their  Bonnaroo Which Stage performance on Friday, June 8th. On a side note, did you see Usher covering “Pumped Up Kicks” this past week?

Finally, the below is a mini documentary of the band’s time in Guadalajara, Mexico directed by friend Brinton Bryan. Tequila shots and a Mariachi band collaboration goes down in this episode of “Rituals” as we are given an intimate look at FTP on tour in Mexico. Thrash Lab has documented the band’s adventures and their sold-out show on March 23rd at Estadio de Tenis Telecel. Watch as they connect with their fans and embrace the culture of Guadalajara, Mexico.
