Baroness give listeners a final taste of what’s to come on their eagerly anticipated new album Yellow & Green (July 17, Relapse Records) with the premiere of a third song, “Eula,” today via Spin.com (http://www.spin.com/articles/hear-baroness-shimmering-opus-eula-yellow-green). Also included in Spin’s summer album preview, the magazine describes “Eula” as “dripping with chantable harmonies and immersive riffs.”

The East Coast-based band is featured on the August cover of Hails & Horns Magazine (facebook.com/hailsandhorns), where the quartet discuss the writing and recording of Yellow & Green and playing the new songs on the road.  Baroness is also the July cover story for Decibel Magazine. They just played at Metallica’s inaugural Orion Music & More Fest, and were just announced to play Fun Fun Fun Fest. More tour dates listed below.

The Savannah, GA rockers have previously released two songs from Yellow & Green: “Take My Bones Away” and “March to the Sea”, which are posted below. Also you will find a new in-studio video clip that has more info on the new record. The nearly six minute video has some behind-the-scenes in-studio footage of the band and also performing a new song live. The band goes into further details about the genesis of the album and about their “song first, performance second” attitude, via Paste Magazine.
