The most theatrical rock band of all time is coming to the big screen, and if you’re in the Toronto area, you can see them for free this Thursday September 20th!

Music Emissions has two passes to give away to the one night only screening of Queen’s Hungarian Rhapsody – Live in Budapest at Scotiabank Theatre Toronto. Back in 1986, during Queen’s last ever tour with their original lineup, they became the first westerners to stage a stadium show behind the then Iron Curtain. The Hungarian government took it upon themselves to film the event, which has since been remastered in high definition as well as 5.1 surround sound. It will be preceded by a 25-minute documentary which founding members Brian May and Roger Taylor say “does a great job of setting the scene – it really was an extraordinary time in the band’s history.”

This giveaway is courtesy of Cineplex and Eagle Rock Entertainment, who encourage fans to dress up and sing along to their Queen favourites on what’s sure to be a magical night. If you can make it to Scotiabank Theatre Toronto by 7:30 PM on Thursday, September 20th, you need to tweet @musicemissions using the hashtag #HungarianRhapsodyTO before Wednesday at 5 PM EST to be considered for the draw.

Good luck – Better bone up on your Wayne Campbell headbanging impersonation!
