Remember Vampire Weekend? We do! One of indie music’s biggest rising stars have been a bit quiet over the past year or two. Their sophomore Contra came out all the way back in 2010. Many, the band themselves included, were hoping for a new release this year. That has been pushed back till 2013. The last we heard, they played the Pitchfork Fest in Chicago this past summer. In the meantime of planning and working on their as of yet still untitled, upcoming third release, they have been working with other artists like Major Lazer and Das Racist.  The guys even managed to put out a new song. First debuted live at a warm up gig before playing the fest, they appeared on Jimmy Kimmel last night performing the new single. It’s called ”Unbelievers”, and will assumingly be on the yet to be released new record. Check out the video, with the guys celebrating Halloween by dressing like characters from the classic 80′s flick Karate Kid!
