Here is our first Video Of The Week for 2013! One of 2012 CMJ‘s best artists Sky Ferreira announces her late night TV debut on Monday, January 7th. She will be performing on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon and The Roots will back her. To celebrate, Sky has shared the Grant Singer-directed music video for “Lost In My Bedroom” off of her recent Ghost EP, which debuted on Pitchfork.
Sky Ferreira closed 2012 strongly with a slew of year-end honors including New York Magazine’s “Song Of The Year” for “Everything Is Embarrassing”. You can listen to a remix of that song by Unknown Mortal Orchestra below. With her debut LP slated for release in 2013, continued success is anticipated.
