Here we go again! The first round of SXSW 2013 band announcements can be found here, and the second round here. This round includes such artists as Tegan and Sara, Vampire Weekend, Fitz and the Tantrums, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Eagles of Death Metal, Black Lips, Local Natives, Mr MFN eXquire, Icona Pop, and Bleached!
