Good news is that The Strokes are putting out new music, the bad news is we still have to wait to hear it. Seattle’s 107.7 The End was sent an advanced copy of their first new single, “All The Time”, and has also been confirmed by Billboard. No mp3 leak yet, nor any other credible details.

Update (1-25-13): Well that didn’t take long! Pitchfork is reporting the new song is now available. It’s not the song mentioned above though, but another one instead. We’ll take it!

Update #2 ( 1-30-13): We now have lyrics for the song, and now Consequence Of Sound has confirmed the new album will be called Comedown Machine, and is scheduled out March 26th on RCA. You can see lyrics below.

Update #3 ( 2-13-13): Hear another new song, “All The Time”! And here is a preview of the new album also, 26 minutes worth out of the 38 minutes!
