Manchester’s The 1975 are finally coming stateside. The guys will play their first US shows down at SXSW before kicking off a headline run that will visit Chicago, NYC, and DC among other markets.

In celebration of the announcement, the band just posted their new track “Head.Cars.Bending” on Soundcloud. The song appears on the forthcoming five-track EP titled Music for Cars out March 5th. They also released a great project called the Sex EP late last year in 2012. If you only listen to one song make sure it’s the banger “Sex”.

The band is currently at work completing their debut full-length, co-produced by Mike Crossey (Artic Monkeys, Foals, The Kooks), which is due out in early summer via Vagrant.
