The Strokes have a new album coming out March 26 called the Comedown Machine. Their video for single “All the Time” portrays the band just how we will always remember them: young, energetic, a little unhinged and massive.

Still, there is a subtext here. Released during South by Southwest, is there another more notable absence at that event than The Strokes? Especially considering they have a new album coming out in less than two weeks? Couple that with a video that didn’t really require the group to see each other and, well, you can draw your own conclusions.
