If you want electronic music in Dallas, most people send you to The Lizard Lounge. And for good reason. The Lizard Lounge has hosted some of the biggest names in electronic music to pass through this city. On Tuesday the 13th Dallas was visited by the duo known as Flosstradamus and the ever more popular Dillon Francis. Together Dillon Francis and Flosstradamus rocked The Lizard Lounge for hours.

The venue took a while to fill up but when it came time for the main show the whole building was packed. Flosstradamus worked the crowd into a frenzy with their high energy and clever re-mixes of old favorites like Ludacris’ “What’s Your Fantasy”. Flosstradamus kept the crowd engaged with their ever changing beats.

Dillon Francis stepped on stage and the room exploded. Dillon Francis is brilliant when it comes to mixing hard house and reggae. Apart from one hiccup, which Dillon Francis smoothed over with a well placed “Apple products can suck my dick!”

Dillon Francis has a gift for weaving these two genres together. Dropping the beat and lowering the energy and then bringing the crowd back to the bursting point again. Dillon Francis is so smooth that you don’t even notice when he does change tracks, it’s hard not to become hypnotized.

As the night continued the show got even more intense. There were so many bodies that the air was saturated with heat and moisture, you could feel the balcony moving due to all of the people dancing. This was a huge show for a Tuesday night.

Dillon Francis and Flosstradamus put on a great show. The crowd really got into it and the artists reciprocated with equal enthusiasm.
