As mentioned in a previous post Nine Inch Nails’ first new album in five years is coming. News coming down is that the album is tentatively titled, “Hesitation Marks” and hits shelves Sept. 3.

Frontman Trent Reznor has been very secretive while recording in the last year, but we do know that he recruited the help of producers Atticus Ross and Alan Moulder.

While Reznor remains tight-lipped about the whole album, the band has released the first single, Came Back Haunted, which is available for free download with a pre-order of the album and is streaming on iTunes now.

Tickets for their fall arena tour, Nine Inch Nails: Tension 2013, go on sale starting June 14. “Tension picks up where Lights in the Sky left off,” Reznor says in a news release. “This is the full-on NIN live experience realized as we never could before.”

This year has been nothing short of awesome for me and new music from old favorites. Very much anticipating this.
