New York, NY – June 09, 2014 – Multi-platinum Grammy Award-winning Southern California songstress COLBIE CAILLAT surprised listeners everywhere this week with the release of her brand new EP, Gypsy Heart Side A [Republic Records]. Caillat first revealed the news of Gypsy Heart Side A earlier today during an appearance on Live! With Kelly & Michael.

GYPSY HEART SIDE A EP Track listing:
1.Live It Up
3.If You Love Me Let Me Go
5.Never Gonna Let You Down

The five-song collection is available now via iTunes and all DSPs, and it comprises the first half of her forthcoming fourth full-length studio album, Gypsy Heart, due out later this year. This also marks the follow-up to 2011’s All Of You, which debuted at #6 on the Billboard Top 200.

“Try,” the lead-off track from the EP is now available as a free download on iTunes (, and sees Caillat link up with the legendary Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds. She lithely plucks an acoustic guitar as a resounding piano melody builds. Then, the singer passionately delivers a poignant refrain, encouraging and engendering confidence in women everywhere.

To accompany the song, Caillat envisioned a powerful lyric video for “Try” where fans and celebrities such as Miranda Lambert, Sheryl Crow, Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott, Kelly Osbourne, Sara Bareilles, Natasha Bedingfield, Ingrid Michaelson, Christina Perri, Amy Smart, Hayden Panettiere, Katherine McPhee, Michelle Kwan & more, naturally appear without makeup. Also incorporated into the video is footage from a photo shoot conducted by RAW Beauty Talks, whose mission is to create positive images, and facilitate conversations to help women find confidence, self-love and happiness.

An exclusive clip of the lyric video for “Try” will premiere June 10 on The Today Show, when Caillat stops by for an interview and performance in the 10am hour with video participants Kathie Lee Gifford & Hoda Kotb. The full video will then be available 10:30am ET via

In addition to working with “Babyface”, she also collaborates with longtime friend Jason Reeves, David Hodges [Christina Perri, Avril Lavigne], and more. Among the EP’s tracks are “Blaze”, which burns with a spirited bounce and invigorating hook, and the heartfelt breakup song “If You Love Me Let Me Go”.

You can catch Caillat live at the Hollywood Bowl on Monday July 16 with a full band. Then, on June 19, she’ll conclude the Robert Mondavi Winery summer concert series.

From 2011’s All of You, “Brighter Than The Sun” went platinum and enjoyed over twenty film and television placements, while seeing acclaim from People and NY Post. She’s also played sold out venues everywhere alongside everybody from John Mayer to Gavin DeGraw. Beyond music, she’s an avowed spokesperson and supporter for ASPCA, the Surfrider Foundation, Save The Music, Farm Sanctuary, and The Humane Society of the United States.

Rob Zombie

After closing out its 2013 run in Southern California with a record-breaking night for a stand-alone haunted house event in the United States, Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare–the ultimate Halloween horror event–returns for its second year and will make its debut at WestWorld Of Scottsdale in the Phoenix, Arizona metro region for select nights from September 19-November 1.

The September 19 opening night will feature a special one-night-only concert with groundbreaking musician and filmmaker Rob Zombie himself.

“The first year was such a blast. I am thrilled to be able to take the Great American Nightmare to a new city this year,” said Zombie. “My only goal is to make it even sicker than last year.”

Great American Nightmare is a fully immersive haunted house experience featuring three attractions based on Rob Zombie’s own horror films: The Lords Of Salem In Total Black Out, Captain Spaulding’s Clown School In 3D, and The Devil’s Rejects.

The shocking–and sometimes disturbing–attractions will offer a three-dimensional experience with animatronics and effects, a maze that is the ultimate definition of claustrophobia and fear, sudden chills and startling thrills, and salacious humor that will make patrons scream with fright and laughter.

At Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare, patrons will sequentially enter three different attractions:

The Lords Of Salem In Total Black Out: This harrowing attraction–based on Zombie’s 2012 The Lords Of Salem independent horror film–is designed to twist the mind. It will accentuate some senses while limiting others. Fear of the darkness, claustrophobia, and fear of the unknown will be preyed on as visitors attempt to traverse this sixty-degree maze.

Captain Spaulding’s Clown School In 3D: This irreverent school of pure terror is a hallucinogenic trip through the mind of Captain Spaulding (House Of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects). Startle after startle will thoroughly frighten the bravest patrons, who won’t know if they should be laughing, screaming or crying.

The Devil’s Rejects: The murderous, backwoods Firefly family takes to the road to escape a vengeful police force that isn’t afraid of being as ruthless as its target. Guests will become part of the state troopers’ search and destroy mission against the Firefly family, who are wanted for over 75 homicides and disappearances.

In addition, the Great American Nightmare’s Bloody Boulevard will feature freak shows, musical entertainment, roaming characters, themed food and beverages, games and vendors each night.

Tickets for Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare go on sale Friday The 13th of June at 10:00 AM PT at, with prices starting at only $25 for September 20-November 1. Each ticket includes access to all haunted house attractions and the Bloody Boulevard activities.

Tickets for opening night (September 19) include the Rob Zombie concert and will be available starting at only $45. A limited number of VIP packages will also be available for purchase at All VIP packages include a commemorative t-shirt and quicker access to the haunted attractions than general admission. Some packages also include a designated viewing area for the concert and a VIP-only bar.

“We’re excited to be bringing Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare to WestWorld of Scottsdale,” says Great American Nightmare producer Steve Kopelman. He continues, “While we really appreciate the tremendous support we received in Southern California, we felt it was our responsibility to bring the terror to as many different people and markets as possible. Great American Nightmare 2014 will build upon the foundation established last year and promises to be bigger and bloodier.”

Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare will celebrate the Halloween season on the following dates between September 19 and November 1:

September 19, 20, 26, 27
October: 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31

Roadkill Ghost Choir

Roadkill Ghost Choir announce the August 19 release of their debut full-length LP

The band will be hitting the road in support of In Tongues, including festival appearances at Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza.

Emerging from the desolate heart of Central Florida, Roadkill Ghost Choir make unsettling, powerful American rock–Tom Petty by way of Radiohead and Cormac McCarthy. Set against Kiffy Myer’s ghostly pedal steel, singer and main songwriter Andrew Shepard triumphantly conjures an allegorical American landscape of drifters, specters and violent saints. Andrew’s brothers Maxx (drums) and Zach (bass) Shepard round out the rhythm section, and Stephen Garza handles lead guitar.

The band released their debut EP ‘Quiet Light’ in 2013 in the midst of a touring run that included opening for Band of Horses and festival slots at New York’s Governor’s Ball, Austin City Limits and Shaky Knees in Atlanta, GA. In January 2014, the band was invited to perform on the David Letterman Show, where they performed “Beggar’s Guild.”
