Who can enter? All you need to be is UNSIGNED! Though bands with small distribution deals will be considered. M.E. reserves all rights to make final inclusion decisions. We are looking for the shittiest, the strongest and everything in between. We want to see how all the indie artists can get their friends, fans, and families behind them to push them to the top. The New Music Seminar is an innovative, unprecedented event to be held on November 1, 2008 at The Crowne Plaza Rocks in Cleveland, Ohio.
