"See, it wasn't quite as bad as it could've been." Modest Mouse, 'Dashboard'.
It's 3:00 a.m., Saint Patrick's Day is finally over, I am currently listening to the new Modest Mouse, We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank, and all I have to say is that you should all feel blessed that you live in a time when music like this is being made. Anyone who complains of Isaac Brock's continual pop leanings is a fool, as this album fucking kills.
Now I must go find people who are still drunk/dressed in green/pretending to be Irish, and push them into traffic, because I am a responsible citizen who likes to keep his streets clean.
