Fisticuff is a metal,hardcore,alternative band from Akron Ohio.With Zed on vox,Dan on guitar,Rob on bass and Pat on drums,these four guys have stored all their hate,anger,hurt and all lifes frustrating disapointments and have chosen to bring it out through their instruments.Zed can carry melodic tunes that come directly from his soul as well as a furious and dark "beaten up by life" voice that is aggressive,but understandable. Dan is a master craftsman on the guitar.With his passion for metal but roots in hairband,we get a taste of both with his pounding riffs,and his back from the past screaming leads,Dan was born to play the guitar.Rob is the energy of the band on bass and definately knows how to keep the songs dark.If you ever see FISTICUFF live,he's impossible not to watch if your eyes can keep up with him.Pat pounds beats on his drums that can get even your grandma to pound her fists in the air and wear a frightening scowl.as fast as his feet can get you through the feverish songs,they can also stop you in your tracks mid song not knowing what he's gonna throw at you next.
