So I was told to write a blog tonight to keep the site active and what not. I have many things to write about, but tonight's a special night. Tomorrow I've got Mid-terms for my second semester of classes. I only do two classes tomorrow and on Monday, I get the last two. I'm taking a test in Algebra II and I'm gonna play kickball in Gym (play meaning go up to bat when I feel like it and then talk to people while in the field). This semester has tought me that my past bad grades weren't may fault, they were the teachers fault. I have an A in a math class. Not since my days in fourth grade have I ever imagined receiving an A in that class. I have a Music Theory class which I undeniably destroy in and I also have Physics. I've only gotten a few A's in my science career. I've had some good teachers and some not so good. I've won science fairs and I'm treasurer of the school's science club (it's way cooler than it sounds, trust me). But I haven't been great in science. Possibly because I was in the wrong field. People think of science as biology and chemistry, and I'm sick of that crap. Physics is great, especially when you get to sit on nails and have bowling balls swing right up to your nose. And the amazing part is, I'm number three or four in the class (I was tied for first... you know... was).
But basically when I'm saying is, I've some how gained my perspective on education once more and I don't want to lose it. I was always fine with getting 10's on quizes and homework's for math, but now I'm doing good. Crazy. What sucks though is that last semester I had AP History I and I've always been great in history. My brother is even going to college to become a high school history teacher. And my teacher was awesome. A gung ho football coach with an intense passion for the 19th century, fishing, and Pirates of the Carribean. But I did alright in that class. I really struggled but it was good because since fourth grade, I haven't really studied at all. Or read when I was told to. But if I didn't do that in his class, I would've done way worse. But even though I seem to be caring about my education and stuff, I didn't really study for Algebra II. I looked over the stuff and I understood it all, so I went and played Oblivion whilst watching Seinfeld Season 6.
Video games have come back into my life after the fourth quarter of last year. I had Oblivion, got my Wii, and I got an Xbox 360 for Christmas. The three games that really got me excited about gaming again were Oblivion, Zelda, and Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter. Them games is ballin'. And I did get off of Oblivion for awhile (I put in about 100 hours before I quit) but the new expansion pack came out and it's awesome. I was totally slaying them Gnarls with my two-handed Elven Claymore. I could've stopped playing... could've... Today is also a signifcant day, as the acclaimed author Kurt Vonnegut died this day. I'm saddened by the news but I'm sure no one is sadder then my boy Andy. He wrote a great piece on how Vonnegut effected his life and Brian also has one up for Hunter S. Thompson. These works have inspired me to write an essay on how Joe Strummer effected me in my hard times. But that's too long to write now, as I must go bathe myself at once. So basically, I'm writing this short and utterly pointless blog because I'm lazy and irresponsible...

Haha, thanks for the comments. I could've kept going but I had to go. Video games man... I'll probably make a blog on that too. So what is that, four or five blog topics I have to cover.

I agree with hstisgod, nice ramble.
There is a reason that there are no video game consoles in this house, I know myself too good. I would sit there day in and day out.
Have a nice bath.

Lol... how the hell you put together three STRONG paragraphs of ramblings, well its truly fitting on this the day of the death of one of 20th centuries' finest writers. Cant wait to read your Strummer piece. Good luck on the Algebra test.
