The Electric Temple is a duo consisting of Philip Truitt and Matthew Harrington. Philip and Matthew began writing and recording in late 2008. While trying to put together a couple of bands, they soon discovered that finding other like-minded individuals was nigh impossible in the rural south. While there were some great musicians around, none were as goal-oriented or dedicated to pursuing a full-time band situation. This left Philip and Matthew to accomplish more than would normally be required of two musicians. They wrote, performed, and recorded all of the music on The Electric Temple I, and the Beatles Forever tribute album. They are in the process of finding label representation and forming a touring band to promote their work.
